Return Policy

Being a small boutique business, often only purchasing a few special pieces of one item, we are unable to refund returns, but are happy to offer exchanges within seven days of you receiving the article. Meaning, if you bought the item directly from our boutique, you have seven days to exchange it. If you ordered it online, but didn't receive it until a week after you placed your order, you have seven days to get it in the mail shipped back to us. Timing is very important in the fashion industry. If the item you purchased does not work for you simply call us or email us so we are aware that it is being returned, and it is within the stated seven day return policy. The return postage will be at your own cost. We will issue your account a credit note for your purchased item once we receive your item back to us within the stated time period. This credit note has no expiry date because we cannot stand businesses that do that. That's just plain mean! We're nice. Thank you for shopping with QUEEN & GRACE.
