Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

The U.S. government is now imposing tariffs on goods entering the United States that are manufactured outside the United States. Unfortunately, these tariffs are entirely outside of our control and may affect the final cost of orders shipped to our U.S. customers.

Many QUEEN & GRACE products are made internationally, including our cashmere and accessories sourced from Italy and other countries. The tariff applied may vary depending on the product, its country of origin and its classification.

We know these additional costs are frustrating, and we don't want them to get in the way of enjoying the pieces you love. So we're doing what we can to help.

15% OFF U.S. CASHMERE ORDERS

We are pleased to offer an automatic 15% discount on all U.S. bound cashmere orders for as long as these tariffs remain in place.

To receive your discount, simply create or sign into your QUEEN & GRACE customer account and make sure your U.S. shipping address is registered. Your 15% discount will be applied automatically at checkout. No code required.

It's our way of helping ease some of the additional cost created by the new U.S. tariffs.

What About Our Other Products?

Tariffs and import charges can vary depending on the type of product and where it was manufactured. As our collections are sourced from different countries, the amount charged on individual products may differ.

Any applicable U.S. tariffs, duties or import charges are government imposed and are not additional charges created by QUEEN & GRACE.

We'll continue to keep you informed as things change and, should these tariffs be reduced or removed, we'll update our policy accordingly.
